Yes, Meadow Lark surprised me when I saw a message to a factoring client that we could not fund a load.

I had to go and double-check that it was not a different company with a similar name.

They book a load as a carrier with any broker.

Then they have a broker that turns around and books with another carrier. And they never intend to pay the carrier.

They have the carrier that hauled the load send the BOL in then they take quick pay from the original broker.

Booking $10k’s in loads in a day is not hard to do. And if you post and are paying over market rate, you will get someone willing to take the risk.
